Welcome to Ratnaveda , By accessing or using our website, services, and purchasing our products (including Rudraksha, gemstones, malas, spiritual jewelry, and related sacred accessories), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before placing an order.  
1. General & Eligibility
By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
We reserve the right to refuse service, modify features, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
2. Product Authenticity & Natural Variations
Authenticity: Ratnaveda guarantees the authenticity of our genuine Rudraksha beads, crystals, and gemstones according to their stated specifications and certifications.  
Natural Variations: Because genuine gemstones, Rudraksha, and crystals are organic, natural products, slight variations in size, shape, color tone, natural inclusions, and surface texture are expected and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
Spiritual Disclaimers: Information regarding astrological, energetic, metaphysical, or spiritual benefits is based on traditional Vedic texts and spiritual beliefs. These items are not sold to substitute professional medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.  
3. Orders, Pricing, and Payments
Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable GST as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.
Payment Gateways: Payments must be completed through our authorized third-party payment gateways. Ratnaveda does not store sensitive banking or full card credentials.  
Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such events, a full refund will be processed promptly.  
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines, shipping rates, and serviceable pin codes are subject to logistics partner performance.
Any provided delivery windows are estimates. Ratnaveda is not liable for minor carrier delays caused by unforeseen logistical disruptions or force majeure events.
5. Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy
Damage & Discrepancies: Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported to customer care within 48 hours of delivery.  
Mandatory Unboxing Video: To verify transit damages, missing components, or incorrect items, customers are strongly required to provide a continuous, uncut unboxing video showing the sealed package, shipping label, and immediate inspection of the product.  
Non-Returnable Items: Customized items, modified jewelry, energized/worn beads, or items returned without their original tags, packaging, and authenticity certificates are ineligible for return.  
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment within 5–7 business days following inspection.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, images, descriptions, site designs, and proprietary text displayed on Ratnaveda are the exclusive intellectual property of Ratnaveda.  
Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, distribution, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ratnaveda shall not be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
Our total liability for any verified claim arising out of a purchase will not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the item in dispute.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes or legal claims arising out of or related to our platform shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, India.
