Returns, Refunds & Shipping Policy

Welcome to RATNAVEDA (accessible at www.ratnaveda.in), based in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. We are dedicated to providing authentic Rudraksha beads, sacred items, and spiritual essentials. Please review our policy below regarding shipping, cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing Time

• Standard Orders: Processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Customized or Energized Orders: Since these products require specific preparation and energization (Prana Pratishtha) protocols, they are dispatched within 2–4 business days.
• Dispatches do not occur on Sundays or national/courier holidays.

Shipping Partner & Coverage

All orders are shipped across India using Shiprocket and its reputed domestic courier partners (such as Bluedart, Delhivery, Shadowfax, DTDC, and India Post).

Delivery Timelines & Tracking

• Metro Cities: Usually delivered within 3–5 business days post-dispatch.
• Rest of India: Usually delivered within 5–7 business days post-dispatch.
• Once your order is handed over to the courier, an automated email and SMS with your tracking link and AWB number will be shared.

Delivery Delays, Address Accuracy & RTO

• Courier Delays: While we partner with reliable logistics providers, delivery schedules may occasionally face delays due to regional logistics disruptions, local festivals, weather extremes, or administrative restrictions. RatnaVeda cannot be held liable for unforeseen courier delays.
• Incomplete or Incorrect Address: Please ensure your complete postal address, landmark, and active 10-digit mobile number are entered accurately at checkout. RatnaVeda is not responsible for misdelivery resulting from inaccurate details provided by the customer.
• Return to Origin (RTO): If an order is returned to us due to customer unavailability, incorrect contact details, or repeated refusal to accept delivery, reshipment charges may be applicable to dispatch the package again.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders for standard products can be cancelled before they are handed over to our shipping partner. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact our support team immediately with your Order ID.

Customized or Energized Orders

Orders that include specific customization, custom silver/gold capping, sizing adjustments, or personalized Vedic consecration/energization cannot be cancelled once the preparation or rituals have begun.

Cancellation Refunds

If an eligible cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the entire order amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.

3. Returns & Refund Policy

General Return Eligibility

• Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
• To qualify for a return, the product must be completely unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original state.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging along with all accompanying authenticity certificates, tags, sacred threads, and pouches intact.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been personalized, customized, or specifically energized (Prana Pratishtha done in the name of the buyer/gotra).
• Items showing signs of wear, physical damage, handling, alteration, or exposure to moisture/chemicals after delivery.
• Items reported after the 48-hour return window has expired.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Every order is checked before packaging. However, if your package arrives damaged in transit, defective, or contains the incorrect item, please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Verification Requirements:

1. Provide clear photographs showing the shipping label, packaging box, and the item's condition.
2. A clear, uncut 360-degree unboxing video recorded from the opening of the sealed courier bag through to the inspection of the product is strongly recommended and will expedite verification.

Our verification team will review your claim and confirm eligibility for a free replacement, reshipment, or refund.

Return Procedure & Reverse Shipping

1. Send an email or WhatsApp message to our support team with your Order ID, reason for return, and required photos/videos.
2. Upon preliminary review, our team will provide instructions for reverse pickup via our courier partners (subject to serviceability in your PIN code).
3. If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may be requested to safely ship the parcel back using a reliable registered courier. Return shipping costs in such cases are reimbursed or credited only if the return is due to an error on our part (damaged/incorrect product).

Inspection & Refund Approval

• All returned items undergo quality verification upon reaching our facility in Ujjain.
• If the product is approved in its original, undamaged condition, your refund or replacement will be initiated.
• If the product shows signs of use, missing tags, or customer-induced damage, the return will be rejected and sent back to the customer.

Refund Timelines

• Approved refunds are credited directly to your original payment method (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, or Wallet).
• Once approved and initiated from our end, please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing cycles.

4. Disclaimer

Rudraksha beads and gemstones are natural items; variations in natural shape, color tone, size, and contours are normal and do not qualify as product defects. Spiritual products and energized articles are supplied in good faith based on traditional spiritual practices. RatnaVeda makes no guarantees, claims, or warranties regarding specific medical, supernatural, financial, or personal outcomes.
